One Purpose, One Night

Everyone Deserves a Safe Place to Sleep

Greater Washington's Senor Executives and Community Leaders will come together to sleep outside on Thursday, November 17, 2022, in solidarity with young people experiencing homelessness, disconnection, and exploitation in our communities.

4.2 million youth face homelessness every year. Each one of them has a story, a dream, and a future  one that they can build with the support and care from the extraordinary staff at Covenant House Greater Washington and the generosity of friends like you.

Sleep Out participants raise needed funds and advocate for our young people's futures by enduring one night of uncomfortable sleep and raising critical funds to help us provide 24/7 shelter, sanctuary, and support to youth overcoming homelessness.

Sleep Out: Executive Edition is your opportunity to support young people facing homelessness while also networking with other Greater Washington executives and engaging in meaningful team building.

Covenant House Greater Washington firmly believes you must surround each young person with wrap-around supportive services, care, and unconditional love. Join us, and help stabilize the lives of these incredible young people.

We Sleep Out in November during Youth Homelessness Awareness Month to turn the world’s attention towards this critical issue and amplify Covenant House’s boldest mission: to end youth homelessness. Sleep Out supports Covenant House’s efforts to address the root causes of homelessness and ensure that every young person has a safe place to sleep.
