One Purpose, One Night

Friday, April 19 - Saturday, April 20, 2024

Everyone deserves a safe place to sleep.

An increasing number of young people are facing homelessness. Each night Covenant House Alaska serves 200 people right here in Anchorage. You can help.

Give up your bed for one night to ensure that youth facing homelessness will sleep safely at Covenant House Alaska.

At Covenant House Alaska, young people are welcomed with love and respect. They can access safe shelter, nourishing food, clean clothing, and essential services like job training, education, healthcare, mental health counseling, and legal aid — all the tools they need to build futures free from homelessness.

This family friendly Sleep Out fundraiser begins on Friday at 6PM and ends on Saturday at 8AM. If you opt not to stay the night, you can still join us for our evening programming and contribute to our fundraising efforts. There is a $25 registration fee for each participant (ages 6 and under are free) and a suggested fundraising goal of $125.

Sleep Out is more than just a night without a bed. At Sleep Out, Covenant House residents share about their journeys through homelessness, experts empower us to meaningfully advocate for an end to youth homelessness, and Sleepers connect with each other in meaningful ways.

If you have questions, contact Kerry Reifel at [email protected] or 907-339-4208. Thank you!
