Our Partners are Change-Makers
Sleep Out corporate sponsors and teams are change-makers in their communities and the movement to end youth homelessness. Sleep Out is a unique opportunity for coworkers to engage with each other in a purposeful way, forging new and deep connections. Companies participate as a team, fostering camaraderie and engaging in friendly competition on the fundraising leaderboard, and the Sleep Out experience prompts thoughtful conversation beyond the water cooler (employees can invite family and friends to join) that contributes to a culture of care — all without leaving your home or gathering in an office.
Sponsoring the Sleep Out includes national marketing, public relations, and brand awareness opportunities, and sponsors are essential in ensuring that Covenant House can continue sheltering the growing number of youth facing homelessness. For more information, please contact [email protected].
Presenting Sponsor: Delta Air Lines
Delta Air Lines is proud to be a long-time partner of Covenant House, making a deep impact in the lives of children and youth facing homelessness and human trafficking.
Each year, dozens of Delta Air Line employees Sleep Out in cities across the country. In 2019, the airline hosted a Sleep Out at its Atlanta headquarters. A handful of New York-based employees who couldn’t make it to Atlanta even held their own Sleep Out at JFK International Airport.
In addition to sponsoring the Sleep Out movement, Delta Air Lines created a Career Readiness program for Covenant House youth in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Mexico City, and New York. Led completely by Delta employees, the program equips youth overcoming homelessness with the tools and skills they need for a successful career at Delta and elsewhere.
