About Covenant House in Michigan

Covenant House provides housing and supportive services to youth facing homelessness and trafficking in 34 cities across the United States, Latin America, and Canada, including right here in Michigan, in both Detroit and Grand Rapids. We help young people strengthen their resilience through relentless support, unconditional love, and absolute respect. Youth find more than just a safe place to sleep at Covenant House: here, they can access job training, education programs, mental and physical health care, and legal aid to help them build a stable future.

In Michigan, young people call Covenant House home in both Detroit and Grand Rapids. We offer supportive services, street outreach, transitional housing, and more. Our mission is centered and built on community, where staff, youth, volunteers, and partners dedicate ourselves to a covenant of compassion and hope.
