About Covenant House + Delta Air Lines

Covenant House provides housing and supportive services to youth facing homelessness and trafficking in 34 cities across the United States, Latin America, and Canada. We help young people strengthen their resilience through relentless support, unconditional love, and absolute respect. Youth find more than just a safe place to sleep at Covenant House: here, they can access job training, education programs, mental and physical health care, and legal aid to help them build a stable future.

More than 2,300 young people call Covenant House home each night, including nearly 100 youth in Atlanta where the partnership with Delta Air Lines began. Since 2012, Delta Air Lines has mobilized employees in New York, Los Angeles, Detroit, Newark, and Mexico City to Sleep Out, provided life-changing internships and job training for youth at Covenant House, and sponsored events like sports game outings that gave young people opportunities they never before had.
