The 2009 Houston SleepOut event was a success and combined the event raised nearly $40K to benefit the Houston Homeless.

Clyde Drexler Endorses Houston SleepOut
Clyde "The Glide" Austin Drexler is a ten-time NBA All-Star, 2004 Basketball Hall of Fame Player Inductee, the NBA named him one of basketball's fifty greatest players as of 1996. Drexler won an Olympic gold medal in 1992 and an NBA championship in 1995 with the Houston Rockets.
